IATA DANGEROUS GOODS TRAINING
The International Air Transport Association's (IATA) Dangerous Goods
Regulations apply to most shipments of dangerous goods (hazardous
materials) by air.
Sections 1.5.0.2 and 1.5.0.3 specify the training requirements for
employees involved with the transport of dangerous goods by air. All
employees involved in the shipment of dangerous goods must be trained.
This training must be verified or provided upon employment. Recurrent
training is required every two years. Some countries require more
frequent training.
