Large quantity generators are required to submit a report on March 1st of even numbered years outlining site hazardous waste activities during the preceding year. As of September 1, 2021, small quantity generators must submit a renotification confirming or updating their generator status and reporting on their waste activities. In this webcast you will learn how to complete the required Notification of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Subtitle C Activities (Site Identification Form 8700-12) and the biennial report (EPA form 8700-13), including where to look for data on your wastes, which wastes must be counted, and which wastes do not need to be reported.
