Why was my order declined?

When "credit card was declined" appears while processing an order, it means your credit card bank has declined the transaction. Usually a quick call to your bank's customer service will clear this up. If problems persist, try another payment method or use the phone or mail method to have your order processed.

I did not receive my confirmation email/receipt email

If you do not receive a confirmation or receipt email, first check your junk or spam folder as some filters will direct it there. If you are still unable to locate the email, contact Customer Service.

How do I use a purchase order?

Select purchase order as your form of payment and you will be prompted to enter the purchase order number. After submitting the order online, please email a copy of your purchase order to service@ercweb.com. You will be able to view your invoice online immediately. 

The download link is expired, how can I get access to my materials?

If you are trying to access the link to your course handbook for a webcast, please call Customer Service for reactivation.

If you are trying to access a CBT, the link will expire in 90 days as regulations change frequently and our courses are updated accordingly. If you need additional time, contact Customer Service for help.

What is your Tax ID number?

If you require a W9 form, please contact Customer Service. 

I purchased a publication, how long will it take to receive my order?

If you purchase a hard copy of a handbook, your item will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

If you purchase a computer based training, an email with your login information will be sent to you immediately. If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder or contact Customer Service.

How do I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order online up to 7 days prior to your scheduled training. If it is less than 7 days or after the scheduled date, please contact Customer Service for help. 

How do you calculate Sales Tax?

As a North Carolina-based company, we are required to charge NC sales tax if we ship a product to a NC address. We do not charge sales tax on products shipped out of state, CBTs or other types of training.

I was double-charged, how do I request a credit?
