Why was my order declined?

This generally means your credit card bank has declined the transaction. Usually a quick call to your bank's customer service will clear this up.

Why won't my order go through?

Call us and we will help you figure it out or take your order over the phone.

Why didn't I receive my confirmation email/receipt email?

If you do not receive a confirmation or receipt email, first check your junk or spam folder as some filters will direct it there. If you are still unable to locate the email, contact Customer Service at service@ercweb.com or by phone at 800-537-2372 from 8am-5pm EST Monday - Friday.

How do I use a purchase order?

Select purchase order as your form of payment and you will be prompted to enter the purchase order number. After submitting the order online, please email a copy of your purchase order to service@ercweb.com. You will be able to view your invoice online immediately. 

What if the download link to my book or online training has expired?

If you are having trouble with the link to download your book, you can login to your user portal. Find the course, and click View Details. You will be taken to the Training Details page, and your course materials can be accessed under Course Materials on the left side of the page. For any further problems, please contact Customer Service at service@ercweb.com or by phone at 800-537-2372 from 8am-5pm EST Monday - Friday.

I purchased a product, how long will it take to be shipped?

Most products are shipped on the day of the order or the next business day.

If you purchase online training, an email with your login information will be sent to you immediately. If you have not received the email, contact Customer Service at service@ercweb.com or by phone at 800-537-2372 from 8am-5pm EST Monday - Friday.  

How do I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order online up to 7 days prior to your scheduled training. If it is less than 7 days or after the scheduled date, please contact Customer Service for help. 

How do you calculate Sales Tax?

As a North Carolina-based company, we are required to charge NC sales tax if we ship a product to a NC address. We do not charge sales tax on products shipped out of state, online training, or other types of training.
