How do I register for a webcast?
Click on the Training menu. Select Course Listing and choose from any of the webcasts we offer. Click on the webcast you would like to attend and you will be provided with the course details as well as a list of available dates and times. You can complete your registration by clicking on the Register icon. You can also register by emailing our Customer Service staff at service@ercweb.com

How do I register more than one attendee online?
After choosing the course(s) that each attendee needs, you will have the option to add contacts. Add each attendee as a contact. Once all attendees have been added, check the box next to each name to register them for the course(s).  
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. If you register more than two attendees for the same class, the third and each additional attendee receive a 50% discount. We also offer corporate and annual subscriptions.
How do I apply a discount or coupon when registering online?
Once you have clicked the register icon, a box that allows you to enter a coupon code will appear on the next page. Enter your coupon code and click "apply coupon." 
What is the difference between a seminar and a webcast?
Environmental Resource Center's seminars are taken in person and held at various locations throughout the United States. Webcasts are live, web-based versions of our seminars that allow you to log into a training course from any computer at the appointed time. Both seminars and live webcasts are taught by our staff of highly trained environmental consultants and contain the same information and applicable certification.
How do I log on to a webcast?
Instructions will be emailed to you approximately one week before your scheduled webcast training.
What do I need in order to participate in a webcast?
All you need to participate in a webcast is a computer with an active internet connection. You may test your connection here.
How will I receive my training materials?
Training materials will be emailed to you prior to your training. You will be provided with a link to easily download the course materials. You also have the option of purchasing a hard copy of the materials for a $39 fee. 
Can I ask questions during a webcast?
Yes. Our webcasts are live, instructor-led courses where you are free to ask questions at any time.
How do I take my test after a webcast?
The email that you will receive with your login instructions will also contain a link to the test. When you follow the link, you will be prompted to enter your class code which will direct you to the test.
When will I receive my certificate?
You will receive your certificate by email within 2-3 business days after submitting your test.
